Who Qualifies for ICWP?
To qualify, the individual must:
- Be between ages 21–64
- Have a severe physical disability or TBI
- Require a nursing home level of care
- Be eligible for Georgia Medicaid
- Be able to live safely at home with support
What Services Does ICWP Cover?
We provide these ICWP-covered services in the comfort of your home:
